Bozeman Enlightened Google Plus

After much discussion and testing we are hoping to move state-wide communications to Slack and away from Hangouts.  A single Slack Team will allow us to have channels for each area, a general channel, private group chats, and individual chats (direct messages).  Owners and Admins do not have access to group chats unless invited, nor to direct messages between individuals.  Slack also allows the team to be moderated and it does not have a limit of 100 people. The goal is to bring Montana together as a team for communication.  It will not replace our communities but it will allow Montana to communicate more effectively as a team for local, State-wide, and National operations. Slack has proven very effective in Idaho and other areas. It came to my attention that the Helena Anomaly was not posted on all our Enlightened groups in Montana. Montana is getting it's first anomaly! On May 10th, Helena, MT will be a secondary site for the upcoming anomaly event.  With so few players here in Montana we will need as much help as possible, so please consider making the trip yourself; and please promote the event among your local Enlightened. Ladies and gentlemen, attached is an invite to the Resistance Call to Arms that was accidentally sent to an enlightened.  So National Contact is alerting all Enlightened to the Resistance plans.  We have proved out abilities and will continue to do so.  I know many don't follow the anomalies and story line and honestly I don't either.  I know Montana is huge with little MU.  I don't know if we can affect it that much, but just remember for every 1 mu you get you are doubling it.  They are going to try to field Montana and have already done a good job.  Please leave all blue fields intact until after 3:00 pm, then take them down and build green fields no matter how small, it all counts.  Do not let them take Montana.  This is an Enlightened State.

Jackson Cyr is this possible?  Do you have the keys to West Yellowstone and Red Lodge?  The Cathedral will reach to both.  Lots of MU and the smurfs will be covered.  It does interfere with SG406's plans, but only one link.  Or we can wait and do this next week.

It seems that the new mods are on the portal itself and are not resonator specific, but to stay in the new practice, mix it up anyways.

SHIELD PLACEMENT Shields are placed on resonators not the portal.  In upgrade portal choose the resonator that you want to place the shield on. You can place them on one or 4 of your resonators. It is best to place them on 4 different resonators for the maximum effectiveness. It is mathematical. If you have common which is like 10%, you will get 10 for the first, then 10% of 90 for the next and so on. If you choose a different resonator each time you deploy a shield, you will add 10% to each resonator. Choose your highest resonators to add them to.  Have you ever wondered why a resonator just hangs on, that is the one with the shields and it will take the extra effort of being really close to the resonator. If you are just attacking a single portal with all the same resonators that has shields on it you can see the resonators with the shields on them because they will take less of a hit in percentage. This has been tested by L8s in Louisiana.   They did the test using the N E S W reson...
