Bozeman Enlightened Google Plus

With google shutting down Google+ in the near future and the reality of players using other platforms for communications, now seems like a good time to shut down the Bozeman Enlightened Google+ page. I will wait a few days in case anyone wants to look around one last time or look up a member, etc. But short of a very compelling reason, I think its time to shut it down. Thank you to everyone that ever participated in this community. Sadly I feel by the time our local number of players had really picked up, Google+ was no longer the best tool for communicating. Still, it was nice having it in the early days and interesting to see how the history of game play in the Bozeman area evolved.

Originally shared by Ingress Agents, The dark road of Via Noir has ended, and 13MAGNUS Reawakens. But your role in what lies ahead is vital... the Portal Network must also be reawakened by your efforts. From Friday, May 5th 23:59 UTC to Sun May 21st 23:59 UTC, the Ingress Scanner will measure a new kind of Agent statistic: Unique Resonator Slots Deployed. During this limited time window, deploying at least 1331 Unique Resonator Slots will earn you the MAGNUS Builder medal. Should you deploy at least 3113 Unique Resonator Slots during the period of this campaign, you will instead earn the MAGNUS Architect medal. How will this be measured? Each Portal has eight possible slots where Resonators can be deployed. Only Unique Resonator Slot deployments will be measured. For example, deploying to the due-north slot of a Portal will count as one, but any future deploys to the north slot of the same Portal (upgrades etc.) will not further increment this statistic. This means that you can earn ...

That moment when you realize instead of recycling your low level bursters you've been instead recycling all of your level 1 - 5 resonators. 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭 I will miss you lvl 4 & 5 the most. Hope you have a good after life. UGGGG!

Please welcome Jeff R AKA Lighthouse0! I believe you operate primarily out of Bozeman correct Jeff?

Let's welcome our latest addicted Ingress player (lvl 5 in roughly 1 week), Kim Potter. I believe she is considering buying stock in the fuel industry. :)

Please welcome our newest member Ben Williams (sioxcrow). If you get a chance to say Hi please do so. And Ben if you have any questions or need some help levelling please don't hesitate to let us know.

Folks, with our friend Devon W sadly moving out of state he thought it best if someone local assisted in moderating our community. So per his request I have demoted him from the moderator role. Luckily our friend Jayson Fox has volunteered to help moderate this community. So I have happily promoted him to that position.

Thank you Ingress for the extra AP, thank you Library for the portals, and thank you Smurfs for wasting your reso's on said portals. :)

Hey everyone, please welcome Derek Verzuh a.K.a. @llllllllll (hope I didn't miss an l) :) Please say hi & if you see him out & about give him a hand please.

I was just looking at the Ingress Community Directory and it looks like it has finally filled up pretty well. Our community page is even listed. So if you are traveling you might take a look at the communities in your destination area.

Hey everybody. I have been wanting to update the list of helpful links to under About this community but have not had the time to try hunting down new or updated links. If any of you know of a link that you believe would be helpful for new or seasoned players please post them and I will look into them. Also if any of  you feel any of the listed links are no longer valid and should be removed please let me know.

Please welcome Susan Yount to our little community.

Please welcome one of Bozeman's newer players, Augustus Novich who goes by Hayes. Hayes Ingress player name is livingbozeman so if you see him on COMM please say hi and offer any help if you can. Currently Hayes is Level 4 but is only about 55k from L5. Hayes, please feel free to add your information to the Bozeman Player Roster (link under "About this community".

Hey guys, looks like James Soddy was able to get another portal added to our farm. If you are in the Down Town location keep an eye out as it might need some Resonator & Mod upgrades. And as always, even if you are not a level 8 player any upgrading you can do as well as any resonator recharging is still very helpful.

Hey everyone, please welcome our newest member Liz Seidel. Her agent name is PermanentlyLiz so please keep an eye out for her in com and Ingress app alerts. Liz might attend the next First Saturday so if you attend please keep an eye out for her and introduce yourself. Liz, feel free to ask questions and we will do our best to answer them. There are some links under "About this community" that may be of interest. Feel free to add your information to our roster list (link under about community). Also, please tell us if your primary turf is Bozeman, Livingston, Belgrade/Three Forks local.

Main is fully on line again. Still plenty of opportunity to upgraded - mostly L6 players & above although there are a few L4 resonators. And of course, anyone can place mods which are needed downtown. If you are not sire on type, level or sequence of mod please just ask. Remember, the farm on main street is good for ANY level of player. When fully powered as an L8 portal it just ensures you will get the best gear possible for your current player level. Please take advantage of this opportunity.

YES - nothing but AP between me and L9

Hey everyone, lets welcome Michelle Kandel  (aka: Fallon08) to our little group. Ya, another Belgrade Player! :) Welcome Michelle! Feel free to ask questions.
