Normally the immediate library portals are usually kept no higher than L4 to help new players have a good back and fourth leveling field. This is not mandatory, just a "gentleman's" approach that is "usually" practiced. Currently main street is a great source of gear for our side so feel free to farm it as much as you can. When school is in session there is usually a larger/stronger Smurf concentration and as such, MSU tends to be blue a lot or a bit more rapid in the back and fourth. So MSU as well can be a good source for leveling.

Thanks for the invite and apologies for messing up your MSU op! It's just that I saw such big fields with nothing underneath them all over town and thought a little one wouldn't hurt.
