    Creative math.
    The resonator is 100% full assuming 100% approaches 0 for all values of charge.

    Yep. Slow server. I get the notification that it's under attack, I recharge it, swallow a cube. Go back and it won't let me charge any more. Not happy with Niantic for this ... But whatcha gonna do. On the up side it will get me another point closer to my silver 'liberator' badge
