After much discussion and testing we are hoping to move state-wide communications to Slack and away from Hangouts. A single Slack Team will allow us to have channels for each area, a general channel, private group chats, and individual chats (direct messages). Owners and Admins do not have access to group chats unless invited, nor to direct messages between individuals. Slack also allows the team to be moderated and it does not have a limit of 100 people. The goal is to bring Montana together as a team for communication. It will not replace our communities but it will allow Montana to communicate more effectively as a team for local, State-wide, and National operations. Slack has proven very effective in Idaho and other areas. Please either post your email so we can add you or contact Robert Lafley, Jackson Cyr, Devon W, John Ewan, Frank Dougher, Jeremy Neff, or myself with your email address so we can add you.
yep, about 3 times, and west of the campus: the Beethoven bust and the steel abstract sculpture...
ReplyDeletenew submissions seem to get processed faster than corrections
OK cool, I just wanted to make sure before attempting to submit the correction.
ReplyDeleteSad that corrections appear to be taking longer than new submissions especially when new submissions seem to be taking several weeks on their own. Would be nice if it was more of first come first serve type approach with both types being addressed which ever was in order first.
Not sure I said anything previously, but I submitted a portal request for the historic Carnegie Library building a couple weeks ago (think a couple). Anyhow, hoping within another couple weeks we might have another portal.
After this cross faction meet up it might be nice to plan a mini get together for a group portal submission run. We need more portals in town to fight over. :)
east main could be a huge trove of portals, there is artwork everywhere
