FYI: Sounds like we have an Enlightened L8 from a Boise/Nampa group flying into town, probably within the next couple of hours. He will probably do some portal work around town and might be interested in some keys in an effort to create a large field. I have sent him an invite so be on the lookout.

    Try zooming into the area you plan to be on the Intel map and broadcast on the faction comm.

    I second Warren's comment. Also you can do a Google Plus search for say New York Ingress or New York Enlightened and then reach out to any of those. However, I might initially use Warren's approach then after making contact try to join their G+ community assuming they have one.

    The only outside portal keys I currently have of sorts, is Post Office @ 32 E Babcock St. And Rusty Chain Link Horse 1710 Greek Way (museum of the Rockies). I am on my way to the library right now. Could meet u there if you want

    Post office is not as outside as the other key. Often it gets engulfed in a field

Question:  Is there a shield/mod that prevents a portal from decaying?  There is one portal that I attacked the crap out of, and there are three resonators left.  This was almost a week ago, and all three remaining resonators are still showing at 100% Don't say someone is recharging them!  Otherwhise someone else would have filled in the the other 5 resonator spots and gotten the extra AP to make it worth the effort!
