Well, it depends upon your goal and your level. You'll need to be about on level less than the portal you're trying to flip, e.g. you'd have to be L7 to flip an L8 portal.
If you're dying to use one (I understand) look for a high blue with plenty of shielding. One that would cost you a lot to take down conventionally.
Incidentally, Jarvis's and ADA have a good strategic use, beyond clearing links and annoying Smurfs. Making judicious use of portal flipping (which resets the resonator owner to the person who just flipped it), a few L8 players can make an L8 portal in short time.
Greetings from Alberta's enlightened! We're scouting Montana for a possible end point of a giant field. We're currently looking at Lewistown as the best possible location and wondering if anyone would be able to provide assistance. Specifically keys to "US Post Office", and "Lewiston Art Center". Also help keeping the portal's green so we can make the link would also be appreciated. Many thanks for any help your able to provide Kevin (Somber)
